RainSpace Stormwater Management Solutions
Stormwater Management: Infiltration, Retention, and Detention
RainSpace Stormwater Management Chambers are configured according to your objectives for infiltration, temporary detention, and longer-term retention.
Stormwater Retention: Storing Water for Re-use
RainSpace Stormwater Retention Chambers store thousands of gallons of water underground—where it’s safe and readily available. Used for irrigation, fire suppression, and supplementing the municipal water supply or under-producing wells. Freedom from usage restrictions. Water independence for your site.
Improve Your Water Footprint
Commercial, industrial and institutional buildings can dramatically improve their water footprint with RainSpace Stormwater Management Chambers. Modular, Sub-Surface Stormwater Management Chambers preserve the utility and esthetics of the site surface, and increase the efficiency of infiltration or the storage capacity of the site. Stormwater Management also allows a greater reduction of any surface area devoted to bioswales or wetlands.
Flexible and Reliable - High Loading
Each RainSpace Chamber installation specification is established according to the surface loads to be placed over the Chamber—whether it’s a field, roadway, or parking lot, paved or unpaved. The RainSpace Chambers have no vertical load bearing structures so they resist earthquakes. There is nothing to get misaligned or collapse due to earthquakes, soil subsidence, or traffic vibration. All loads are spread throughout the horizontal masses of the structural cores. Learn more about installation here.
